Baby & Wobbler Room
The baby room caters for 9 children between 9 months to 1 and a half years. The wobbler room caters for 10 children from 1 to 2 years.
The day in the baby/wobbler room is organised around their daily routine which includes greeting time, choice time, snack time, singing/movement, group times) and care giving routines (Nappy changing/toileting, naps).
Toddler Class
Our toddler room caters for 12 children between the ages of 1 and a half years to 2 and a half years.

The day in the toddler room is also organised around regular routine daily events and care giving routines.
The programme offers the children some new challenges and activities and encourages them to make choices based on their own interests and to work together to solve problems.
Little Preschool Class
The Little Preschool Room caters for 12 children between the age of 2 and a half to 3 and a half years.
​
The Little Preschool Room routine is slightly more structured than the toddler room and aims to prepare children for preschool. Children in this room plan where they are going to play for choice time. Small and large group times are also a large part of the day and encourage children to explore and experiment with new or familiar materials that adults have selected based on daily observations of what children are interested in and the HighScope curriculum.
Preschool Class
We have two Preschool Rooms. The preschool classes cater for children from 2 years 8 months up to school age.

In the preschool rooms, we use the HighScope daily routine, which includes the plan-do-review process that allows children to make choices, carry them out and reflect on what they have done after. Each day, the children make decisions about what they want to do during work time (play time).
Small and large group times are also a large part of the day and encourage children to explore and experiment with new or familiar materials that adults have selected based on daily observations of what children are interested in and the HighScope preschool curriculum.
The preschool daily routine also includes greeting time and snack time, which gives children important learning opportunities through their interactions with other children and staff.
After School Class
We have two Afterschool Rooms. The Afterschool Rooms are spilt into a junior and senior group, we cater for up to 11 school-going children in each room between the ages of 4-10 years old years. The children attend the centre after their normal school hours.

The children are encouraged to make their own choices, express their own needs and take responsibility for their own actions in an environment structured to meet the needs of a diverse age group.
​
Homework is not part of the daily routine in the afterschool room, instead children are given time to be involved in a wide range of age appropriate activities.
​
We offer a school collection service from St.Ultans' Primary School only. We collect children from school at 13.30 and 14.30, please note there is an extra charge for this service.
